Together, We are the Mistresses and the Masters of our Gender Equality Destiny

Welcome to Invictus Equality

Invictus-Equality aims at providing necessary expertise tools and skills to public, corporate and governmental institutions to increase and maintain gender and diversity sensitivity, gender equality and create safe and equal workspaces for All.

Gender Equality is a need for the world survival, yet, gender inequality and discriminations at all levels towards one gender as patriarchy is imposed as the dominant way of life and the body of gaps between men and women the norm. Recent events such as the Me-Too Movement have demonstrated that gender inequality is pervasive than we realize and at the highest levels. Indeed, the Me-Too Movement – leading to many executives leaving their jobs, organizations and government’s institutions being under scrutiny and so forth – has also rang the alarm that change is coming and needed.

These events came to inform us that as a society, we can no longer afford to ignore policiespreventing gender or racial discrimination, sexual harassment and so forth. In fact, many institutions have related policies that they do not implement, or they lack policy related to legal requirements of the work place or, they are not aware of the proper conduct when it comes to gender relations and sexual harassment, gender discrimination and lack of diversity at work place and what to do when these happen. Invictus-Equality is here to provide your organization with the needed guidance.

Gender Equality is a need for the world survival, yet, gender inequality and discriminations at all levels towards one gender as patriarchy is imposed as the dominant way of life and the body of gaps between men and women the norm.
